- Cancellation less than 36 hours prior to the tour or activity start time: If you cancel your reservation less than 36 hours before the start time of your tour or activity, or fail to show up at the scheduled time, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Changes to your reservation: If you need to make changes to your reservation, such as changing the date or time of your tour or activity, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee availability and any changes made may be subject to additional fees.
